Paleo Balsamic Slow Cooker Roast

29 Apr
Ingredients
3-5 lb. roast beef, any cut will do
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can beef broth (if you want to paleo it up, find homemade beef broth recipe here….http://nomnompaleo.com/post/3615609338/slow-cooker-beef-bone-broth)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce (or coconut aminos for paleo)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (make it paleo here http://onceamonthmeals.com/paleo-whole30-compliant-worcestershire-sauce-2/)
3 tsp. minced garlic
Directions
  • Place the roast in a slow cooker (even works on a frozen roast)
  • Pour all the other ingredients together and pour over the meat.
  • Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours, but 15-16 is best.
  • One hour before cooking is finished, break apart the meat with a fork to allow juices to get in every piece of meat.  Makes it delicious!
